What is the Fast Track program at TQL?
TQL Fast Track is an entry level sales and leadership program that includes training on supply chain management, logistics and sales with additional leadership development resources and organizational support in one of three Greater Cincinnati offices. After training, Fast Track sales representatives work with the dedicated team to establish their book of business in preparation to relocate out to a different office, continue their path in Cincinnati or move into a leadership role at TQL.
TQL’s Fast Track relocation package includes paid relocation to Cincinnati, a $2500 sign-on bonus paid 30 days after your start date and a housing allowance paid in bi-weekly increments over the first 12 months to support a smooth transition. 
Yes. TQL Fast Track sales reps can choose to relocate to one of three offices in Greater Cincinnati – TQL HQ, Erlanger or West Chester. 
The TQL Fast Track training and mentorship program lasts 26 weeks, providing immersive learning, mentorship and leadership development to help members build a strong foundation in sales and logistics. 
No. TQL does not require prior sales or supply chain experience to join Fast Track. 
Yes. TQL Fast Track offers a $2,500 sign on bonus, paid 30 days after your start date. 
Relocation to Cincinnati is required to join the Fast Track program, but TQL is hiring sales representatives in more than 60 offices nationwide.
