TQL employees accrue paid sick time off, roughly equivalent to one hour per 40 hours worked.
Yes. TQL offers exclusive discounts through corporate Perks at Work, giving team members immediate access to savings on fitness and gym memberships, travel, electronics, everyday purchases and more.
TQL’s hours of operation are 24/7/365, so some roles require availability outside of traditional business hours to ensure exceptional customer service. That said, TQL does offer paid holidays, observing the main six national holidays plus two extra floating holidays per year.
