What you’ll be doing:
- Administrative Support
- Manage shared team inboxes, distribute prizes, occasionally order breakfast/lunch for satellite teams
- Coordinate logistics for club mailings (order branded items, print labels, create a stuffing system for volunteers) and submit data to third-party vendor for fulfillment
- Campaign & Contest Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide engagement campaigns and contests
- Own the process from ideation to wrap-up; build budgets, create brackets, promote participation and record results
- Collaborate with internal POCs to drive engagement and ensure successful outcomes
- Track project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Team Support
- Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and expand engagement reach
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help bring new ideas to life
- Provide overflow support to Events Team and assist with cross-functional initiatives
What you need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to facilitate light physical tasks such as moving boxes or equipment (up to 25 lbs.)
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings to support special events
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel + excellent communication and customer service skills
- A self-starting mentality and willingness to take on additional administrative tasks as needed
