About the role:
The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/fraud and theft prevention. As a Fraud and Theft Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management and excellent customer service. If you excel at problem solving and critical thinking, this role is ideal for you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits
- Manage carrier’s loading status through risk assessments
- Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers or external parties
- Document review findings in TQL’s proprietary tracking system
- Communicate internally and externally on investigations
- Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities
- Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention and cargo risk management
What you need:
- 2 years of related professional experience
- 1 year of auditing experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
