About the role:
As a Group Project Manager, your job is to lead the strategy and execution for our Customer Experience, CRM and Marketing Technology products. This role is critical in shaping how we engage customers across channels, optimize personalization and equip sales, marketing and customer success teams with scalable, data-driven tools. You will oversee multiple product lines, guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver impactful customer engagement solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the strategy and execution for Customer Experience, CRM and Martech products
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, accountability and a customer-first mindset
- Translate customer lifecycle insights into product roadmaps that drive engagement and retention
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Data teams to deliver impactful tools
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable, integrated systems
- Drive operational excellence through clear KPIs, governance and repeatable product processes
- Stay ahead of industry trends in personalization, AI/ML and customer data platforms
- Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership and act as a change agent during major platform transformations
What you need:
- 8+ years in Product Management
- 3+ years leading Product Managers or managing a product portfolio
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and customer engagement platforms including Salesforce, Adobe and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of customer data models, personalization and multi-channel orchestration
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes including growth, retention and revenue
- Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable with data-driven and AI-powered personalization tools
- MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required
