About the role:

As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for offering credit services to our customers. This includes setting up, increasing, and decreasing credit limits for new and existing customers. If you have a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, and world-class customer service, our Credit Team is the right opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review and process credit applications for new customer accounts
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to collect necessary documents to approve credit for new and existing customers
  • Process and review credit limit increase requests on existing accounts using credit report information, payment trend analysis, obtaining and reviewing customer financials, marketplace information, and debt and stock ratings
  • Resolve customer complaints and verify select financial transactions.
  • Perform proactive risk reviews on a portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with assigned teams to improve results
  • Research potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus, and other credit services

  

What you need:

  • Set schedule of 10am-7pm 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and work independently in an effective and positive manner
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong independent decision-making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
