About the role:

As a Robotic Process Automation Developer, you'll collaborate with teams to uncover gaps and challenges within business processes and identify opportunities for solutions that drive maximum efficiency. You'll actively engage in technical discussions, contribute to developing strategic plans, and play a key role in successfully implementing these solutions. Your insights and contributions will directly impact the optimization of business operations and ensure seamless process improvements.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand process requirements and design automation workflows using UiPath.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, configurations, and workflows.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during the development and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Support ongoing automated process maintenance, periodic reviews, optimizations, and updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of automated workflows with existing systems.

  

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience developing complex Cognitive and Robotic Process Automations with strong experience in RPA development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, and computer science relevant field preferred
  • Experience and certification with UiPath preferred.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and logic-based development.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to create accurate and efficient automation solutions with precision.
