Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Architect Manager to lead a team of skilled product architects while providing technical direction and oversight on enterprise-level projects. This role is a blend of people management and hands-on technical leadership, requiring strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of solution architecture and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency. The Product Architect Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure that solutions align with business goals and technical standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews and career development planning with team members.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools and best practices.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of architectural standards, principles and methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on technical direction and support to product architects on complex projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers and other stakeholders to design and validate scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet business needs, technical requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and business outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in solution architecture or related technical roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture best practices and hybrid hosting environment (On-Prem and Azure)
  • Proficiency in front-end development (React, Typescript), C# REST APIs and databases (MS SQL, Mongo and Elastic).
  • Experience with modern development practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD)
  • Experience with Kubernetes or Apache Kafka is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
