About the role:

As the Sports Sponsorship Coordinator for TQL, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of our sports sponsorships, including FC Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati. This includes day-to-day coordination, sponsorship activation, and performance measurement. Since the role will have high visibility inside and outside the organization, you must have a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and exemplify the No Limits, No Excuses mentality that TQL is known for.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ticket Management (collect team outing interest, assist with placement; gather/organize requests including Jot Forms; approval/reminders; ticket distribution)
  • Manage team inboxes and internal requests
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between various marketing/internal teams and our external partners
  • Nametag creation for outings and as needed for sponsorship events
  • Support management and execution of TQL’s gameday activations and hospitalities
  • Logging and tracking of TQL’s sponsorship entitlements and utilization
  • Data entry and tracking of Sponsorships calendar of events and deadlines
  • Track, monitor and report on ticket usage and other KPI’s
  • Review / maintain documentation (instructions, FAQ’s, promos, specs, etc.)
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for changes as applicable
  • Assist in the planning and execution of entitlement related activations
  • Assist with social monitoring


What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management or related is preferred
  • Strong project management and delivery skills demonstrated by a history of on-time success
  • Ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with peers, senior stakeholders and clients
  • Talent for identifying and solving problems
  • Advance knowledge with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
