About the role:

As a Sales Support Operations Analyst, you will research, analyze and evaluate data to help solve problems and develop solutions to internal challenges. You’ll also assist senior leadership with day-to-day goal management and provide additional data resources to drive informed decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
  • Assist with the completion of department goals by providing enhanced context through identifying KPIs that influence behavior
  • Assist team in creating a reliable data Lakehouse with stable and well-structured reporting platforms
  • Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
  • Collect, analyze, and report department metrics monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually
  • Provides organizational support to project/initiatives such as preparing agendas, presentations, and reports as well as coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
  • Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers

 

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or equivalent 
  • 1+ years’ experience with SQL or other database programing language
  • 1+ years’ experience with Power BI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
  • Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
