About the role: 

As a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) with TQL, you will oversee our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will manage and mentor other analysts, identify areas of improvement, provide constructive feedback and being a liaison with upper management.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting:
    • Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial plans and annual budgets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
    • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders 
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial forecasts and budgets
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Provide insightful financial analysis, highlighting key performance drivers, trends and potential risks to senior management
    • Develop and present regular financial reports, performance dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making
  • Forecasting and Scenario Planning:
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and external factors on financial outcomes
    • Use forecasting models to project financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement or cost-saving measures
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Provide financial insights to support cross-functional initiatives, cost optimization, and revenue growth strategies
    • Foster a culture of financial discipline and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional growth
    • Provide guidance on complex financial analyses, ensuring the team delivers accurate and insightful reports and recommendations


What you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of professional finance experience or equivalent field
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills; experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
  • The ability to define problems, seek and collect data, synthesize the data, and communicate it effectively to create change
