About the role:
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and user-obsessed Product Designer to join our digital product team. As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, data driven, impactful experiences that solve real user problems and drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and analysts to uncover user pain points and design seamless, scalable solutions across our digital platforms. What you'll be doing:
- Designing end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms that simplify complex logistics workflows for shippers, carriers, and internal users
- Collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to align on product goals, define user problems and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions
- Turning insights into action by leveraging user research, data analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions
- Creating high-quality design artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs that align with our design system and accessibility standards
- Owning the design process from discovery to delivery, participating in user interviews, design critiques and QA reviews to ensure execution matches intent
- Advocating for user-centered thinking while balancing technical feasibility and business constraints
- Contributing to our evolving design system, helping ensure consistency and efficiency across products and teams.
- Partnering with engineering early and often, ensuring thoughtful handoffs, interaction fidelity and implementation alignment
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human Factors or related
- 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design or interaction design, preferably within B2B, logistics, supply chain or complex systems
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive, elegant and scalable user experiences—especially within web or enterprise applications
- Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma (our primary design tool), along with proficiency in prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff practices
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility best practices and how to incorporate user research and data into design work
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams, with the ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers and stakeholders
- Ability to think both strategically and practically, balancing long-term vision with execution detail
- A problem-solving mindset, with comfort designing for ambiguity and breaking down complex workflows into intuitive interactions
- Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow - you value feedback, iteration and continuous improvement
