INTERNSHIPS

Incoming Juniors and Seniors pursing a bachelor's degree in technology will experience TQL through our 10-12 week flexible internship opportunity. You will be aligned to a mentor who will guide you as you are exposed to industry-leading transportation technology and a fast-paced IT department. Students have the opportunity to work towards a full-time career, while finishing their degree, upon completion of the internship program.

APPRENTICESHIP

TQL employees who are interested in pursuing a career in technology have the opportunity to apply to our one year apprenticeship program. This course takes your skills from rudimentary to advanced, while shadowing a mentor and learning what it takes to become a successful software engineer. 

TECHNOLOGY CAP

The Technology Career Acceleration Program is a two year development program that selects individuals who show strong performance, giving them the opportunity to develop technology leadership skills.
